Access rights and delegation

Standard access

The migrated CePro archiving documentation defines access as follows:

• Teacher: full access to the relevant exam directory
• CePro archiving team: full access
• Section: temporary access may be requested when necessary, for example when reviewing borderline cases

Temporary section access should only remain active for the time required to review the relevant copies.

Delegation

A teacher may grant access to a colleague, for example an assistant responsible for uploading files.

Teachers retain control over their exam directory and manage delegation through the Windows file permissions system.
