CePro support levels
The level of CePro involvement depends on the course and service. Always identify your support level before following an AMC or Ans procedure.
AMC
AMC Gold
Intended for common propaedeutic courses. CePro provides the highest level of operational support, including file exchange, final compilation/personalization, coordination with the Print Center, scanning, AMC processing, annotated PDFs and results/statistics delivery.
AMC Silver
Intended for courses from approximately 200 students. Support includes access to AMC resources and templates, scanning, access to the AMC environment for compilation/correction, documentation and remote support.
AMC Bronze
Intended for courses with fewer than approximately 200 students. Support includes access to the AMC environment and templates. Scanning is provided for exams with more than 50 students; for smaller exams, the teacher may need to perform the scanning step.
Ans
Ans Gold
Intended for common propaedeutic courses. CePro support includes access to Ans, personalized copies, coordination with the Print Center, scanning, import of scans into Ans, documentation and support.
Ans Silver
Intended for other courses with more than 50 students. CePro provides Ans access, personalized copies, scanning, scan import into Ans and documentation.
Support eligibility and thresholds are based on the current CePro Moodle documentation migrated into this site. If your course does not clearly fit one of these categories, contact CePro before relying on a specific support level.
